What personal information do we collect and why do we collect it?
Zest Karlstad processes your personal data for different purposes. In summary, the treatment takes place with the aim of:
* Provide goods and services and otherwise fulfill the agreement entered into with you in connection with booking or ordering;
* Enable general customer care and customer service, e.g. when you contact us by email or phone; and
* Comply with applicable law.
When you are asked to provide personal information, e.g. when booking, you can choose not to do so. In the event that you choose not to provide information necessary to access a particular product or service, this may mean that you will not be able to complete your booking or order or that we will not be able to fulfill our obligations to you.
For Catering Privat, the following is obtained: name (contact person), e-mail address and telephone.
For Catering Companies, the following are obtained: name (contact person), company name, e-mail address and telephone.
Note, no credit card details are collected for either Catering Privat or Företag as payment is made upon collection at the restaurant.
Order and buy via Wolt and Foodora
When you send in inquiries via our contact form, you will receive: first name, possible surname, and e-mail address.
How long do we keep your information?
Customer information when booking and ordering: 2 years
Personal information for inquiries via contact form: 1 year.
What rights do you have over your data?
You can request that we delete all personal information we have about you. This does not include any information that we have to save for administrative, legal or security purposes.
